Management Engineering
In May 2022, the School of Management Engineering and the School of Tourism Management merged into The School of Management of Zhengzhou University.
The School of Management Engineering is the leading business schools in Henan. Established in 1981, the school has provided the earliest management program among Chinese universities. Now there are over 60 teaching and research staffs, majority of them have doctorate degree. And there are also 30 famous scholars, experts and entrepreneurs work as part-time professors.
The School offers a range of programs with a solid foundation in the key business disciplines for students from undergraduate to postgraduate---5 main majors including Industrial Engineering, Engineering Management, Electronic Commerce, Logistics Engineering and Technical Economy; 6 Master Programs and 1 doctoral program. The School seeks to equip our graduates with the skills and information they will need to meet the challenges of the business world, wherever they live and work. The Management Science and Engineering Comprehensive Experimental Center, Industrial Engineering Lab, Logistics Engineering Lab, Simulation Lab, Electronic Sandbox Lab all are available for students to train and improve their professional skills.
The School also constantly attaches great importance to develop cooperation and communication with famous universities abroad and have a good reputation for international teaching. We have successfully held the MBA and MAIBA teaching programs with Northumbria University for 6 times and cultivated a large number of excellent management postgraduates who finally become the backbone in their fields. Now we’ve widen the cooperation to more world-famous universities in the US, Australia, Morocco and etc.
The School of Management has successfully finish over 100 research projects and has won more than ten million RMB national and provincial scientific research fund. The School also hosts one provincial Sci&Tech Innovation Team and some professional research institutions, which is an important Talent 'Cultivating Base and “Think Tank” in Henan province.
